I’m a Creative Operations Lead and Art Director based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, with over 20 years’ experience delivering and scaling creative across retail, agency, and consumer healthcare.

My background spans fine art and textiles, fashion design, and digital. That journey has shaped how I think about craft, systems, and storytelling. I began my career designing and supplying swimwear for major high‑street retailers, before moving into senior leadership roles, including Head of Design, where I helped launch and grow multiple brands.

Today, I work across art direction, brand systems, and multi‑channel campaign delivery, covering web, social, eCommerce, print, and shopper marketing. I’m particularly experienced in bringing structure to creative, from defining workflows and governance to setting teams up to deliver high‑quality work more efficiently and consistently.

I’m a practical, collaborative problem‑solver who enjoys bringing clarity to complex briefs. That might mean shaping a campaign, developing a brand toolkit, or helping teams work better together.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about health, wellness, and conscious living. As a regular gym‑goer and qualified yoga teacher, these values aren’t just interests. They influence how I work, collaborate, and lead.
